Do parents have to complete a new preschool application if the child is returning to the program for a second year?

No, parents do not have to complete a new application.  The child is considered a ‘returning student’.  However, parents may receive correspondence from an Early Childhood Nurse before school closes in June, or during the summer requesting an updated health exam, dental exam and immunizations.

No, parents do not have to complete a new application if their child is returning for a second year.  However, a new set of CACFP meal forms, a current Child Health Assessment form and current Dental Exam form must be submitted prior to the child’s first day of school each year.
