Can I apply to a neighborhood high school in another area?

Yes.  If, however, the neighborhood school currently has so many students that the school’s capacity is exceeded, applications will not be accepted to that school.  Northeast High School is an example of a school with a student enrollment that exceeds capacity, thus, applications from outside of the area will not be considered.
